The ongoing project design and construction combined the know-how of
various business units at Boxtel. "In addition to components, we
also offer complete, one-stop solutions. Thus, we were able to gear the
entire drive and control system to the stringent TÜV safety
requirements and construct and install it accordingly," says
Mulders. "This saved our customer a lot of work."
The expectations of HUSS Park Attractions were also met by Rexroth’s
solution, as explained by Managing Director Mirko J. Schulze.
"During the construction and project design phase and throughout
the entire installation and commissioning, Rexroth has proven itself to
be a true systems and development partner. We are very happy."
The visitors will certainly be happy, too. And no longer just in

Denmark, and the USA, whilst the sixth is currently in production.

Ceramax coated and custom-designed hydraulic actuators were designed and manufactured at Bosch Rexroth B.V. Cylinders in Boxtel, (The Netherlands). There is a unique hydraulic interconnection of the two hydraulic actuators.
To start the tumbling of the tower, hydraulic oil supply occurs at the bottom side of the actuators, providing maximum force. Once the tower tumbles at +/- 60 degrees angles, the oil supply occurs at the rod side because less force is needed to maintain the tumbling of the Topple Tower. The main advantage of this feature is that the tumbling
